Accra Technical University (ATU) has signed a five-year tenancy agreement with the East Cantonments Pharmacy Limited (ECPL). The agreement which commences today, 26th November 2021 and may be renewed after its expiry for a further term, was inked at the University’s Council Chamber.
According to the agreement, ECPL will occupy three shop spaces of the University’s Stores Building.
Signing the pact, the Vice-Chancellor of Accra Technical University, Professor Samuel Nii Odai, appreciated the partnership between the University and the ECPL and said he looked forward to even bigger partnerships and collaborations in future between the two institutions.
The Managing Director of ECPL, Mr. Ebenezer Bediako Amoafo-Hene, on his part, said he was elated and privileged to have entered this agreement with a reputable institution like ATU.
The Accra Technical University part of the agreement was signed by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Samuel Nii Odai and witnessed by the Registrar, Mrs. Sylvia Beatrice Oppong-Mensah whilst the Managing Director of ECPL, Mr. Amoafo-Hene, signed for his company and witnessed by Mrs. Gladys Bediako Amoafo-Hene, the Deputy Managing Director.
ECPL is a wholly owned Ghanaian business and a leading distributor of healthcare products and services on the Ghanaian market.
