Accra Technical University’s Directorate of Research, Innovation, Publication, and Technology Transfer (DRIPTT) began a weeklong Intellectual Property Awareness Training on Monday, July 3, 2023.
The training was facilitated by Eng. Samuel Anum, who oversees the Patents Registry at the Registrar General’s Department. Eng. Anum urged members of the directorate to encourage applied research among students and members of the various faculties since such ventures are innovative and are therefore worth patenting.
