The Faculty comprises the Department of Fashion Design and Textiles and the Department of Hotel Catering and Institutional Management. We take pride in preparing students for leadership and entrepreneurship careers in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Clothing, and Dressmaking. This preparation is grounded in solid scholarship and an all-rounded approach to education anchored in our philosophy derived from our international standardisation. The practical training orientation of this Faculty is to provide students with up-to-speed knowledge in the fields under study. We are committed to among others, hold mentorship programmes that solicit ideas and expertise of renowned industry players to help students understand the changes in the industry and how to exploit and maximise the benefits thereof.
