Five-day PLC Programming Ends, 4 Awarded Certificates

Four students on Friday, 5th March 2021, received certificates in acknowledgment of successfully participating in a five-day training programme in Programme Logic Controller (PLC) programming, maintenance and troubleshooting which began on Monday 1st March,2021.

The short ceremony was held at the university’s Amatrol laboratory with the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar in attendance.

The Pro -Vice-Chancellor, Professor Amevi Acakpovi, in his remarks congratulated and expressed appreciation to the awardees for taking part in the training. He told them to be good ambassadors and apply the new skills learnt at their workplaces.

The students expressed joy and spoke on how the training has enriched their knowledge and they will put it to good use at their workplaces.

Alhassan Yusef, one of the students, suggested the school provides a virtual platform to aid in perfecting their craft. He thanked the lecturers for the patience and guidance throughout the training.
