The programme prepares graduates to lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure laboratory services meet international standards.<\/p><p>As the first specialized programme of its kind in Ghana, it integrates ISO 15189 laboratory accreditation requirements, quality management systems, laboratory auditing, risk-based thinking, monitoring and evaluation, leadership, and strategic management.
