About the Journal
The ATU Science Technology Engineering and Management (ASTEM) Journal is a multidisciplinary journal. ASTEM is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and management twice a year after an editorial process that involves standard double-blind peer-review. Original research articles, review articles and short papers from all scientific domains of engineering technology and management research are acceptable for publication in the ASTEM journal.
Aim and Scope
The goal of the ASTEM Journal is to advance the theory and application of engineering management, innovation, and technology. The journal connects scientific, engineering, and management fields. It tackles the problems associated with organizing, creating, and putting into practice technical capabilities to help an organization achieve its operational and strategic goals. It addresses all of the managerial issues that arise in technology-based companies, not only Research and Development (R & D) management.
This covers problems with developing new products, managing human resources, managing innovation processes, managing projects, fusing technologies, marketing, anticipating technology advancements, and strategic planning. Technology and other business operations, including R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and administration, are interfaced with the journal. Its ultimate purpose is to become a premier venue for the publication of scholarly research on all facets of technology, innovation, and engineering management, thereby making a significant contribution to theory development, research, and practice.
