The Sustainable Energy Service Centre is a consortium made of ATU, IET and CREEI set up under the office of the Vice Chancellor as a result of the MCC Compact II Energy & Demand-side Management Project to help bridge the gap between the demand and supply of electricity in Ghana. It is one (1) of three (3) Centres established nationwide to ensure the availability of qualified and certified professionals on the Ghanaian market, who will ensure Energy Efficiency (EE) and Renewable Energy (RE) projects are properly implemented to ultimately reduce electricity consumption. The Centres are to provide capacity building and training support for energy auditing to energy management professionals.
