The MTech Administration and Management programme is a postgraduate degree designed to develop advanced skills and knowledge in the administration and management of technology-driven organizations. This interdisciplinary program combines coursework in business administration, technology management, and leadership to prepare students for senior administrative and management roles. Students will explore topics such as strategic management, technology innovation, organizational behavior, and research methods, with a focus on practical application and problem-solving. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and research projects, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the complex interactions between technology, business, and society, and learn to lead and manage technology-driven organizations effectively. Graduates of this programme will be equipped to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions in a rapidly changing technological landscape.

The programme is of one year duration, made up of two semesters. In the first semester, the focus is on coursework, with a heavier load of six courses.
