Dr. Jones Adjei Ntiamoah (ACMA, CGMA) is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance, Accra Technical University.
Dr. Ntiamoah holds a Doctor of Finance degree from the Swiss Management Center in Switzerland, a Master of Finance degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana Business School. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
He was once the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Accra Technical University. Before that, he was the Dean of International Programmes and Institutional Cooperation at Accra Technical University, a former Head of the Budget Department of Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Domestic Tax Revenue Division, and Director of Finance at the Spirits Petroleum Ltd, Tema.
Dr. Ntiamoah was once the Head of the Business Studies Department at Regional Maritime University whilst on sabbatical leave from Accra Technical University. He was also a Board Member of Accra Technical University Governing Council from 2014-2020 and served on several statutory committees of Accra Technical University and Regional Maritime University.
His research interests are in tax compliance, cross-border taxation and taxation involving digital transactions. He has several peer-reviewed publications in recognized academic journals in Taxation, Finance and Accounting.
He currently lectures Taxation and Accounting at Accra Technical University. He is also an adjunct lecturer in International Finance in the MSc International Shipping and Logistics Programme at the Regional Maritime University, Accra, Ghana.
