E-voucher with SERIAL NUMBER and PIN can be obtained from:

a. For all mobile networks, dial the short code *840* 100# and follow the prompt to pay and receive your e-voucher by SMS. 

b. All branches of Access Bank

c. All branches of Bank of Africa

d. All branches of Fidelity Bank

International students should email [email protected]. An application voucher will be generated and sent back in response to the email.

ONLINE ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Purchase your e-voucher from any of the sales centers

2. Log on to the admission system at https://application.atu.edu.gh with your e-voucher serial number and PIN for the 2026/2027 academic year admission.

3. Follow the steps on the online admissions system to complete your application.

Please note: use a passport-size (160x160px) picture with a sea-blue background.

4. Submit completed application online and keep a copy of the summary page for personal reference.

The cost of the e-voucher for the various programmes is as follows:

1. Master’s Degree (MTech/MSc)             –           GH₵ 250.00 
2. Bachelor of Technology (BTech)          –           GH₵ 230.00
3. Higher National Diploma (HND)           –           GH₵ 230.00
4. Mature Applicants                                  –           GH₵ 230.00
5. Non-Tertiary                                            –           GH₵ 230.00
6. Pre-HND                                                   –           GH₵ 230.00
7. Professional Programmes                   –           GH₵ 230.00
8. International Applicants                      –           Free                                       

MATURE APPLICANTS ARE TO NOTE THAT:

The cost of tuition (classes) and the mature entrance examination is GH₵ 600.00

Eligible Mature Applicants are required to pay GH₵600.00 at any branch of Bank of Africa, Fidelity Bank, or Access Bank, covering the cost of tuition (classes) and mature entrance examinations. 

Orientation and tuition (classes) for mature applicants would be announced from time to time.  

The closing date for online applications and submission will be announced.
