3. 4-YEAR BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH) IN ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE ANALYTICS
This programme is to train industry-ready accounting and finance analytics students with competencies in data analytics, general accountancy and finance skills and equip them with computer applications needed to operationalize a modern accounting and finance set up. It further aimed at equipping them to be competitive with requisite modern accounting technologies, instilled with attitudes and abilities to analyse large amount of data in the provision of accounting and finance information with more impact in real-time business decision-making and prudent management of funds in both the private and public sectors of the economy.

WASSCE Certificate Holders
SSSCE Certificate Holders
A pass in the Core English and Core Mathematics; in addition to a pass in one of the following Core Subjects: Integrated Science, Social Studies/life Skills.
They must also have passes in three relevant elective subjects. The aggregate score for the core and elective subjects must not exceed 24 (A to D).
G.C.E Ordinary and Advanced Level Certificate Holders
Credit Passes in at least Five (5) Subjects (including English Language, Core Mathematics and a Science Subject) in West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) G.C.E. ‘O’ Level or School Certificate Examinations, and three (3) Passes at the G.C.E Advanced Level. Two ‘A’ Level passes at grade ‘C’ or better will also be accepted. A pass in General Paper must also be obtained.
GBCE Certificate Holders
Credit Passes (A – D) in Six (6) subjects comprising three core subjects including English Language and Mathematics plus three (3) relevant elective Subjects.
Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE) Holders
Full Diploma certificate in ABCE; in addition, the applicant must have had credit passes in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social Studies in the General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE) or Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations (SSSCE) or West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE).ABCE candidates may be considered for admission at level 200
Higher National Diploma Programme in Accounting
Higher National Diploma (HND) holders in accounting with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division and Diploma qualifications such as Advance Diploma in Computerised Accounting issued by NABPTEX and other Diploma qualifications from elsewhere assessed to be equivalent to HND may be similarly considered. The applicants must have at least one (1) year post-HND qualification working experience in a relevant field. The applicants would be admitted at level 300 of the 4-year degree programme.

4. 2-YEAR BTECH (TOP-UP) ACCOUNTING
The programme is to train industry-ready accounting and finance analytics students with competencies in data analytics, general accountancy and finance skills, and equip them with computer applications needed to operationalize a modern accounting and finance set up. It further aimed at equipping them to be competitive with requisite modern accounting technologies, instilled with attitudes and abilities to analyse large amounts of data in the provision of accounting and finance information with more impact in real-time business decision-making and prudent management of funds in both the private and public sectors of the economy.
Entry Requirements
Higher National Diploma (HND) holders in Accountancy with a minimum of Third Class or Pass shall be admitted at level 300 of the programme. An applicants must have at least one (1) year post-HND qualification working experience in a relevant field.
Holders of other Diplomas from elsewhere in Accountancy or professional practice related to Accountancy from (ICA-G, ACCA, ATWAS, CIMA, CIPFA, AIA, CITG and ICAEW etc.) assessed by GTEC to be equivalent to the HND shall be admitted at level 300 of the programme. Also, Applicants with The Association of Business Executives (ABE) Level 5 Diploma (Higher) shall be admitted at level 300. An applicant must have at least one (1) year post-diploma qualification working experience in a relevant field.
