Dr. Jemima Evelyn Andoh Nartey is a Lecturer in the Department of Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management at Accra Technical University. She is a hospitality and tourism academic with expertise in sustainable production, hospitality management, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
Dr. Andoh Nartey holds qualifications in Catering and Hospitality, including a BSc, MTech, MPhil in Hospitality, MEd in Higher Learning, and a PhD in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She is a member of IH Ghana and has contributed to hospitality education and research through teaching, academic mentorship, and scholarly publications.
Her research interests focus on sustainable production, hospitality operations, customer satisfaction, green practices in hospitality, and TVET education.
Dr. Andoh Nartey has published in reputable academic journals and conference proceedings on areas including customer satisfaction in traditional restaurants, sustainable hospitality practices, food production, culinary innovation, and hospitality service delivery. Her research contributes to the advancement of sustainable hospitality and tourism development in Ghana and beyond.
