Ghanaian Applicants

Entry Requirements: Applicants with any of the following qualifications from an accredited University or Institution:

First degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in a relevant field of study in Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Real Estate, or Facilities Management accompanied by relevant work experience.
Pass and industry experience will be required to partake in an entrance interview for admission consideration.

International Applicants

International applicants may be admitted on the basis of qualifications from their home countries for which equivalence shall be determined by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) of Ghana and submitted to the University. Evidence of proficiency in English Language will be required in the case of applicants from non-English speaking countries.
