Rockson Mintah is a Chartered Certified Accountant and an Assistant Lecturer with the Department of Accounting and Finance, Accra Technical University Faculty of Business. He holds an MPhil Degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School and a B.Ed. Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Cape Coast.

Before joining the Faculty of Business, Rockson taught Financial Accounting and Business Management at Kadjebi-Asato SHS for nine years and rose through the ranks to the position of Assistant Director II. Beyond academia, Rockson has vast industry and corporate experience in audit and consultancy with private enterprises.

He teaches HND and undergraduate courses in Accounting, Finance and related disciplines. His research interests are in Taxation, Auditing, Behavioural Finance, Accounting & Business Education. Mr. Mintah has good working knowledge in using Structural Equation Modeling techniques and Bibliometric analysis; and its application to Accounting and Business Research. Mr. Mintah has co-authored publications with prominent scholars, including Prof. Godfred Mathew Yaw Owusu and Dr. Rita Amoah Bekoe. Rockson is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Ghana Business School, Department of Accounting.
