Seth Emmanuel Adotei Allotey is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Building Technology and currently the Dean of the Faculty of Built Environment, Accra Technical University.

He has over 24 years of experience in Academia and the professional construction practice. He has a strong sense of alignment with the university’s vision and values. He is down to earth and possesses the ability to work positively with staff and students from a diverse range of backgrounds.

He has over ten years in a leadership position in the university and has demonstrated experience leading effective change in his department and faculty. He has a track record and showed over ten years of conducting research or community service in disciplines appropriate to the work of the department, faculty and the university. His research interests are in Construction Resource Management, Building Maintenance and Economics. He is also a Corporate Member of the Ghana Institution of Builders.
