The Premier Polytechnic in Ghana has picked up an International award for Excellence in Best Practices 2016. This was in recognition of their outstanding commitment and results in quality management strategies, during the annual convention of the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR).
Accra Polytechnic has been applauded for taking the extra mile in ensuring that the Senior Staffs of the Institution are fully geared up towards its transition into a Technical University.
Mr. Patrick Fiagbe, a renowned Human Resource practitioner, speaking at a day’s workshop organized by the General Administration for the Senior Staffs of the Institution under the theme “Promoting Work Ethics among the Senior Staffs in a University”
Lead Consultant of Seamless Management Solutions and an expert in customer service, Mr. Patrick Fiagbe has observed that excellent customer service is important in every serious academic institution or organization since that is the modern traveller’s expectation in today’s world.
This observation was made during a customer service and attitudinal change training for staff of the cafeteria, lodge and some front desk officers of the institution at the A-Poly Lodge.
