Ms. Francisca Atsupi Ahiator had her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management Studies at Accra Technical University (ATU). She continued to obtain her first degree in Business Administration at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where she majored in Human Resource Management (HRM). She had her second degree at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where she graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
Ms. Ahiator has worked extensively with educational institutions (administration and Teaching). She successfully organised two orientations and career guidance programmes with fourteen (14) years of secretarial and administrative experience in both public and private institutions. She introduced the first-ever student evaluation form at Agomeda Technical Institute (Agomeda Integrated Community Centre for Employable Skills (ICCES)).
Ms. Ahiator has eight (8) years of experience in training young men and women in clerical office duties and administration, coupled with three (3) years of role as an external examiner at the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) in the area of Typewriting and Office Practice (Typist, Stenographer, and Senior Stenographer grades). She joined Accra Technical University in December 2021.
She is a member of convocation at the Department of Management and Public Administration. Her area and research interests are training and Development specific to technical and vocational institutions and secretarial training.
