Currently, he serves as a Senior Lecturer and the Head of the Liberal Studies Department at Accra Technical University, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and guiding the academic growth of students.
Dr. Kwaning holds a PhD in Banking and Finance, underscoring his in-depth understanding of financial systems, banking operations, and their impact on economic development. In addition, he earned a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, further strengthening his expertise in the financial sector. His academic foundation is complemented by a Bachelor of Education in Psychology and Business Management, which reflects his interdisciplinary approach to education and research, combining insights from psychology, business, and finance to inform his teaching and scholarly work.
