Eric Adjei is a lecturer at the Civil Engineering Department, Accra Technical University, Ghana. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi-Ghana. He was awarded an Erasmus Mundus scholarship to pursue a Master of Science degree in GIS for Urban Planning and Management at the faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), University of Twente, Enschede-Netherlands. He moved on further to obtain his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa after being award a VREF scholarship. His research interests are into travel demand, behavioural and behavioural change modelling and GIS for transport planning
