Dr. Tina Dzigbordi Wemegah started her teaching career as a lecturer, Department of Civil Engineering, Accra Technical University, from 2008 to 2015 and currently she is Senior Lecturer, Department of Civil Engineering, Accra Technical University. She obtained her PhD (2018) from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China in Traffic and Transportation Engineering. She also holds Masters certificate in Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation, ITC, from Enschede, Netherlands (2002) and BSc. Geodetic Engineering, from KNUST, Kumasi (2000).
She has been a supervisor of one (1) MSc student in the field of Civil Engineering and also under her direct supervision, eighty-five (85) undergraduate students have successfully completed their project. Dr. Wemegah, as part of her outreach programmes, has served on Government Boards and partook in consultancy services.
She is passionate about the application of organisational behaviour and psychological concepts to national development, human capital development, corporate governance, and individual dimensions of work-life and the leveraging of organisational structures, cultures and processes for institutional growth and efficiency
