Accra Technical University (ATU) has partnered with Coca-Cola Bottling Company Ghana Limited to give students more opportunities for internships and practical training. The two institutions signed the agreement on Monday, October 26, 2026, at the University’s Council Chamber.

The partnership will give students a chance to apply what they learn in class, learn from experienced staff and see how the company operates day to day.
Speaking at the signing, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Amevi Acakpovi, said learning on the job helps students build practical skills and prepare for work after graduation. He also assured the company of the University’s support in putting the agreement into practice.

The Managing Director of Coca-Cola Bottling Company Ghana Limited, Mr. Felix Gomix, said the company wants to give students meaningful work experience and help develop young talent. He encouraged students who take up the internships to show commitment and be ready to learn.
Prof. Peter Arhenful, who led discussions on the agreement on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, thanked the company for working with the University to create these opportunities.
