Engr. Prof. Felix Y.H. Kutsanedzie is a distinguished academic and practitioner in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. He currently serves as Acting Vice Chancellor of Accra Technical University. A licensed professional engineer, he also holds a full professorship in the university’s Faculty of Engineering and has over 12 years of teaching and research experience. Prof. Kutsanedzie specialises in designing and fabricating advanced sensing technologies, including spectroscopic systems, nanosensors, and bioengineering devices, with applications in food safety, biomedical imaging, environmental monitoring, and renewable energy systems.

Prof. Kutsanedzie’s research has garnered international acclaim, particularly his groundbreaking work on re-engineering near-infrared spectroscopy systems for detecting volatile gaseous substances.
