Daniel also has MSc in Water & Sanitation, KNUST-Ghana and MSc by research in Water & Environment Technology from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. Dr. Arthur-Aidoo is a multi-disciplinary built environment researcher in the growth of small and medium-sized construction firms. He graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science (CS) and from Aalborg University in Aalborg, Denmark, in 2010 with a Master of Science (MSc.) in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). In addition, he received a Full Scholarship from the Chinese Government via the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC) in September 2011 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at Dalian University of Technology, China and completed it in September 2014. During his PhD, he developed and evaluated five (5) different algorithms (pseudocodes) to solve three (3) major scientific problems related to Socially-Aware Recommendations in Smart Conferences.   Prof. Asabere has six (6) years of academic leadership experience at the tertiary level of education in Ghana, along with eighteen (18) years of teaching (graduate and undergraduate levels), research, and research project supervision experience. He has served in various capacities at ATU, including Director—Directorate of Research, Innovation, Publication, and Technology Transfer (DRIPTT), HOD Computer Science Department, Coordinator/Head of the Department for Non-Tertiary and Professional Programmes, and Examinations Officer, Computer Science Department.   Prof. Asabere has several publications in respectable, high-impact journals and conference proceedings from IEEE, ACM, Wiley, and IGI Global, all of which are indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, as illustrated in Section I.3 of this document. He currently has 474 citations in Scopus (h-index = 12) and 874 citations in Google Scholar (h-index = 15, i10 index = 16) for research articles. He presently has 897 citations, an h-index of seventeen (17), and an 18.54 RG Score (Impact Points) in Research Gate. In addition, his Web of Science Researcher Profile shows an h-index of eleven (11).   Currently, Prof. Asabere is interested in teaching and technological research in the following areas: software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, big data, mobile and social recommender systems, and ICT in education (e-learning and m-learning). As a component of his Ph.D. study and thesis, he received the Best Paper Award at the 10th IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing (2013). Furthermore, at the 7th IEEE International Conference on Adaptive Science & Technology (2018), he received the Best Paper Award. In addition to being an editor, Prof. Asabere reviews several computer science journals and conference proceedings, such as IEEE Transactions/Systems Journal, Proceedings of the WWW International Conference (ACM), ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications and Applications, and Frontiers in Big Data. Additionally, he has served as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member of all Workshops on Big Scholarly Data since its commencement in 2013.   Prof. Asabere is currently a member of IEEE, the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS), and the Institute of ICT Professionals Ghana (IIPGh). He financially mobilised €200,000 through the AFOS Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development Cooperation to oversee ATU’s Digital Capacity (DigiCAP) Training Program. His academic and research interests focus on developing innovative and clinically applicable imaging solutions for healthcare delivery, particularly within low-resource environments. Mr. Tizumah holds an MSc in Medical Imaging from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Applied Physics from University for Development Studies.
