Dr. Emmanuel Oppong Peprah is a lecturer at the Department of Management and Public Administration, Accra Technical University. Before joining academia, he was the head of Finance and Administration at an energy consulting firm in Ghana. His former mandate led him to manage, advise and consult on local and international projects in the advisory sphere. With a decade of applied industry engagement, Dr. Oppong Peprah brings distinctiveness and a high degree of positive peculiarity to bear in his practical and research-driven approach to teaching. 

He has researched and made publications covering multidisciplinary areas such as business-related high-performance work systems, social behaviour and health, environment and climate, and educational and social studies. Nonetheless, his current research and teaching areas are in business management, production and operations management, and organizational behaviour with a direct focus on employee-level attributes. He currently serves as a member of an ad-hoc committee in the university, tasked with developing executive business programmes for the business faculty. 

Dr. Oppong Peprah also served as a reviewer for the Journal of Social Behavior and Community Health (formerly Social Behavior Research & Health). In his leisure time, he enjoys reading fictional military-science storylines and listening to Christian acapella songs.
